| We’re thrilled to welcome Micki McMann as the new Executive Director of the Pantry! Micki brings a wealth of experience and passion, and she will be instrumental in advancing our mission and leading the Pantry into its next chapter. Micki brings 20+ years of experience in strategic consulting and project management, with a focus on client-facing roles supporting U.S. Federal government IT programs. She is skilled in leading complex initiatives, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and delivering impactful results in service-oriented environments. Micki and her husband, Joe, have lived in Stone Ridge for over 20 years. They have two daughters (one a rising high school senior and one in college), and three dogs. Having volunteered with DSFP since 2015, she is passionate about the mission and eager to leverage her experience and energy to make a positive impact in the local community. “I’m truly honored to be a part of such a wonderful organization and to keep serving our community in meaningful ways.” – Micki Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Micki as she joins the DSFP team! | A huge thank you goes to all who participated in the May 17th pickup for A Simple Gesture! We collected an incredible 6,753 lbs of food! This program is such a simple yet powerful way to support our neighbors in need. We will pick up your donation right from your door. Sign up by July 9th for our next pickup on July 26th-fill up a bag, and make an impact! |

| 100WomenStrong Grant We’re thrilled to share that 100WomenStrong awarded the Pantry a $12,800 grant! Their impactful grant-making supports nonprofit organizations across five vital focus areas: Shelter, Health, Mental Health, Hunger, and Education. We are incredibly grateful for their generous support and belief in our mission-it makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. |

Nonprofit Human Services Grant |
We’re excited to share that the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors has approved funding for community nonprofit organizations—and the Dulles South Food Pantry is honored to be one of the 45 recipients! We are deeply grateful for the County’s continued support. These funds will help us purchase food and support essential operational costs, allowing us to better serve individuals and families facing food insecurity in our community. | DSFP Charity Golf Tournament This year’s golf tournament was a huge success, raising over $100,000! Thank you to all of our Sponsors, Golfers, Our Golf Committee, Staff, Volunteers, Board Members, Pros, and South Riding Golf Club – without ALL of you we wouldn’t have had such a successful day! | Free Summer Meals! Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) will be providing free meals this summer for students ages 18 and younger at fourteen locations throughout Loudoun County. See the LCPS website for details. |

| Goshen Post Elementary School’s 5th Grade Leadership Committee ran an awesome food drive collecting 932 lbs of great food! The students delivered the food and then received a fun tour of the building. |

| Belmont Ridge Middle School’s National Junior Honor Society ran a Cereal Drive bringing in 91 lbs. It was PERFECT timing since we had run low on cereal the week of 5/14! Thank you to both schools for your awesome support! |

Thanks to our 2nd grade friends at Madison’s Trust Elementary for holding another successful Economics Fair and raising $956 for the Pantry! They also collected 250 pounds of food for our pantry shelves! Thank you to all of the students, teachers and parents who made it a success! |

| Lightridge High School held an Empty Bowls event – a collaboration between the Art department, Culinary classes, and Future Career and Community Leaders of America. These talented students raised almost $2,600 for the Pantry! Thank you to all of the community members who showed up to support the event! |
